Holiday season was right around the corner, and a candy manufacturer discovered inaccurate labels on enough boxes of candy to fill 44 semi-trucks-all of which, with their contents, arrived at Kandu. In less than three months, we had unloaded, re-packaged, correctly labeled, loaded, and shipped 44 semi-truck loads of candy back to the manufacturer.

A manufacturer of closet and clothes hangers realized a significant cost savings could be had if the company moved their hanger assembly to Kandu. The business produced the parts, delivered them to Kandu, and we now completely assemble the hanger, package the assembled product, and ship to the company's customers directly. Without dedicating floor space to secondary assembly operations, this company is producing more of its core product - without the expense of assembly resources and shipping coordination.

The wiring components for an automobile steering component underwent an engineering change. Existing components needed to be unpackaged, disassembled, reworked, repackaged, and sent back to our customer, without disrupting their production lines or assembly schedules. |
