We have support managers, who will work with an individual or a crew to make sure that their transition into the job goes smoothly - for you and for them. At no cost to the employer, we will place job coaches with qualified individuals to help train them. our coaches will determine how best to train the worker to the job. They may use hands-on approaches, charts, review sessions, and other methods to ensure that the work will be accomplished error free. Coaches stay on the job until workers can perform independently.
Supervised work crews.
Supervised work crews can be customized for employers to offer just the right skill sets to complete a job. Each job, whether temporary or long-term, is assessed to determine production deadlines, rates, and quality measurements. The supervisor keeps the crew on task and on time, so employers can be confident that their projects are completed correctly.
